Printing & Design Notes
About Color :
arar Please make sure the color is CMYK mode. Do not use RGB or printer output to
match the require printing color.
arar If possible do not use large area single color, specially gray color. Make at least 2 color such C+M or Y+M ...ect mix together.
arar Make sure the color, do not mix 4 color at your file
arar Do not use the sport and Pantone Color.
arar Do not over CMYK value 250 %.
arar Do not use the color value below 5 %.
arar The color at offset printing about inaccuracy is 5~10% .
arar If necessary for exactly color match, please noet us first.
About the Vector Format :
arar We support format :
AI (Adobe Illustrator), CDR (CorelDraw), PDF (Adobe Acrobat)
arar The outline do not be thin then 0.076mm.
arar Please convert all text to curve or outline.
arar Please at lest leave 3mm margin, don't make the text or graphics just fit the border.
arar Please check out the curve which converted by tex before give us your file.
arar For transparent image at your editing, before save to disk must Convert to Bitmap or Rasterize with Background and Resloutuin = 300dpi.
arar The special Effect at your art work, such as Transparency, Blend, Lens, Extrude, Opacity, Feather, Shadow.. Before you save, must Convert to Bitmap or Rasterize and Resloutuin = 300dpi.
About the Bitmap Image Format :
arar We support format : PSD (PhotoShop), TIF, JPG, BMP, EPS......
arar PSD file do not content with layout, and convert to 8 bits / Channel.
arar PSD file do not content with layout, and compress by LZW.
arar JPG do not compress to much (Image Quality = Maximum).
arar Business card or other printing required resolution is 1:1 300 DPI.
arar Poster or Banner digital output required resolution is 1:1 120 DPI.
About the Business Card :
arar We support format : PSD (PhotoShop), CDR, AI......
arar Convert color to CMYK, Resolution at lest 300 DPI...If have small font ( 6 Point) The resolution raise high to 350 DPI is batter.
arar Don't forget convert all text to Curve or Outline.
arar General size is 54 x 90 mm(Max), 3.5 inch x 2 inch (normal).
arar Must have 1 mm bleeding, Text area is batter have 3 mm margin.

About the Poster, Banner and Large format output :
arar We support format: PSD (PhotoShop), TIF, CDR, AI......
arar Convert color to CMYK, Resolution at lest 1:1 120 ~ 150 DPI .
arar Vector file, Please convert all text to curve or outline.
arar General, do not need a bleeding space, the text at lest leave 1 cm margin.
arar I - Banner Display at lest have 3 ~ 5 cm bleeding area at Up and bottom.
arar Other digital output or display, please contact with us ......
Create PDF formate:
arar

Default setting must be choose Press Quality in Setup windows .

arar Confirm your PDF COLOUR setting is - CMYK mode.
arar Confirm your PDF TEXT setting is - Convert all text to Curve.
arar Confirm your PDF BLEEDING setting correct.
About other Printing - fly, booklet, presentation folder... :
arar We support format: PSD (PhotoShop), TIF, CDR, AI, PDF......
arar Please keep the CMYK mode, at least 300 DPI resolution.
arar Please convert all text to Curve or please give all the font in need.
arar Don't forget mark the margin as well and at lest set a 3mm bleeding.
arar Post production, such as : binding, folding or special cutting... Please do a clearly requirement.
